The World Court of Human Rights (WCHR) is necessary to adjudicate individual and class action claims, arising from existing and ongoing violations of human rights, pursuant to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, human rights conventions / treaties, and the growing body of international and regional human rights case law.
The WCHR holds potential to positively affect the lives of individuals whose human rights are being violated, especially the most vulnerable and marginalized.
